21 weeks

Its been a few weeks since I have updated everyone with fun baby info. We went to the doctor for my 20 week check up/anatomy scan on the 21st. The baby looks great, still measuring ahead of schedule (which I am happy about since I will be having a C-Section between 38-39 weeks).


Baby Size:/Weight 10.5 inches (about the size of a carrot), 12.3 ounces


Developments: Eyebrows and eyelids are now present. The digestive system is working and the baby is now swallowing amniotic fluid.


Cravings: S'mores (with bananas), grapes and chocolate milk...and of course all of the yummy food I still can't get here... This time next week we will be in Texas, and I will be an eating machine!!!

Weight Loss/Gain: +6 pounds (I put on 2 pounds since Saturday!!)

Side Effects: emotional,

What I really love: Every kick/movement feeling of the baby is just amazing. It just never gets old. Savannah is really starting to understand that her brother or sister is inside my belly. She kisses my belly and rubs it every day.

 

20 weeks

Yes, We know the gender of the baby, but we have decided to wait to announce for a few weeks. We want to have fun with it, so we will be announcing in a cute way once we are Ohio. Stay tuned..
